Appointments

In-person or virtual appointments are available.

If you're interested in scheduling an appointment with one of our psychotherapists, please either fill out our Appointment Request Form, send an email to info@wildrosepsychotherapy.com, or call (201) 921-5060 to schedule an appointment.

What To Expect At Your First Appointment

In our first session, we will ask questions to gather information about your concerns, personal history and family background. This will lay the foundation for our work together.

Cancellation Policy

Please cancel or reschedule with 48 hours notice to avoid being charged for your session. Monday appointments must be rescheduled by Friday to avoid a charge. In-person sessions can be changed to an online format by request. please let us know as soon as possible.

Billing Policy

We do not participate in any insurance provider panels. We can provide you with a statement that you may access out-of-network benefits under the terms of your policy. Billing is done at the time of the appointment. Payment is expected at the end of each session. Checks and cash are accepted.
